'Simply put, the vintage was the best vintage Rickshaw has ever worked with for Cabernet. It delivered well-rounded flavors of depth and class that carry through from the first smell to a long lingering finish. Because the Cabernet was of such excellent quality, we blended a little less than usual with the other Bordeaux varietals. Sumptuous flavors of cassis, plum, fresh blackberry, espresso and cocoa are all characteristics of this Cabernet. Once again the Cabernet Franc component adds a hint of red fruit as well as floral and spicy characteristic to the aroma.'
